È un Valdobbiadene che si lascia apprezzare in tutto e per tutto. Abbinato alla torta della nonna o insieme alla crostata di crema e frutta, è perfetto da stappare nel momento del dessert.

I use it in my shrimp ramen noodles sometimes, sometimes I use it to flavor garnish dishes.

Unparalleled source of heme iron.
This stuff is medicine if your are anemic or have low serum iron. Elemental iron from veggies or pills must be prepared by your body to carry oxygen in hemoglobin. Not so with iron from animals and oysters are unparalleled in iron content. Even if you don't find them delicious you will find them efficacious.

High quality product.
Warmth? I’m not sure what that means. I make a simple dish out of these, some milk, butter and salt and pepper—then I “warm” it up. They’re a little pricey but the quality and taste/flavor is great. I would definitely buy them again.
