De wijn:  De Olivier Ravoire Banderet is een witte wijn van Domaine Olivier Ravoire, die al generaties lang wijnen geproduceerd wordt in de Rhône-vallei. De naam Banderet is afkomstig van de oude banieren van de ridders van de familie Ravoire.  

Na de handmatige oogst van de druiven worden ze gekneusd en ontsteeld met koude maceratie en continue zachte persing. Het sap wordt uiteindelijk gevinifieerd bij een lage temperatuur en rust vervolgens 3 maanden op de fijne droesem in stalen tanks.

Een klassieke strogele kleur met gouden reflecties.

De neus onthult bloemige aroma's van acacia, perzikjam en citrus.

De aanzet is vol en zacht met een lange romige aromatische afdronk.
