De CARREZ cortenstaal plantenbak met poten brengt jouw tuin naar een hoger niveau, zowel letterlijk als figuurlijk. Deze stijlvolle plantenbak combineert de robuuste charme van cortenstaal met een elegant design op poten, waardoor hij een opvallende en moderne toevoeging is aan elke buitenruimte.
Het cortenstaal, ook wel bekend als weervast staal, ontwikkelt een prachtige oranjebruine roestlaag die fungeert als natuurlijke bescherming tegen verdere corrosie. Hierdoor is de plantenbak bestand tegen verschillende weersomstandigheden en gaat hij jarenlang mee zonder onderhoud. De verhoogde poten zorgen voor extra hoogte en maken de plantenbak ideaal om kleinere planten of bloemen op een prominente plek te presenteren.

- Cortenstaal plantenbakken zijn zeer sterk, slijtvast, weervast, onderhoudsarm en duurzaam.
- Inclusief voetjes en afwateringsgaten. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de plantenbak een stukje boven de grond zweeft (15 mm) en een optimale afwatering heeft.
- Standaard materiaaldikte van het cortenstaal is 2 mm. Andere materiaaldiktes zijn ook mogelijk.
- Maatwerk is mogelijk.
- Producten worden ongeroest aangeleverd. Het roestproces van cortenstaal duurt ongeveer 4-5 maanden, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden.
- Met Rust Accelerator (roestversneller) kun je het proces versnellen.
- Met Owatrol Rust Oil kun je het roestproces nadien fixeren zodat het niet meer verder roest en het cortenstaal niet meer afgeeft. Daarnaast beschermt het tegen externe invloeden.
- Producten dienen na ontvangst direct uitgepakt te worden, zodat het eventuele vocht tussen de verpakking en het product niet opgesloten is. Dit kan onregelmatige roestvlekken veroorzaken.
- Zorg voor een goede afwatering.
- Gebruik géén overlooppijpje; er mag geen overtollig water in de cortenstaal plantenbak blijven staan. Het materiaal kan dan doorroesten door een combinatie van zuurstof en aarde.
- Gebruik geen hydrokorrels: deze houden vocht vast.
- Wij raden cortenstaal af binnen een straal van 2 km van een kustlijn.
- Tijdens het roestproces kan roestwater van het product afkomen.
- De garantie vervalt wanneer je gaat boren of slijpen op een manier die niet is voorgeschreven.
- Voorzie de bodem van een laag kiezels Ø35 mm sortering (ca. 10 cm).
- Leg over de kiezels een waterdoorlatend anti-worteldoek.
- Bedek het anti-worteldoek met aarde die geschikt is voor jouw type beplanting.
- Gebruik géén overlooppijpje; er mag geen water in de cortenstaal plantenbak blijven staan.
