Kapaneema Plus is een robuust rond touw met een kern van gevlochten UHMPE (Dyneema SK 75 of SK 78) met hmpe mantel.

Afhankelijk van de toepassing en de samenstelling van de mantel kan het touw drijvend of zinkend zijn. De duurzame mantel is ontworpen om beweging over de kern te minimaliseren, terwijl de mantel en de kern perfect samenwerken.

Kapaneema Plus-touwen zijn licht en eenvoudig te hanteren, wat zorgt voor een aanzienlijke tijdsbesparing bij aanmeren/losmaken, en een verlaging van de standby-, onderhouds- en operationele kosten. De speciale mantel verlengt de levensduur, beschermt tegen slijtage, binnendringend zand en zout, en biedt UV-bescherming.

Een groot voordeel is dat de mantel kan worden gerepareerd of vervangen in onze werkplaatsen, wat de levensduur van de lijnen maximaal verlengt. Deze stevige constructie presteert uitstekend op lieren. Een standaard reparatieset voor de mantel is beschikbaar en eenvoudig door de bemanning aan boord te gebruiken.
