Deksel
Het deksel van de pan bevat handige pootjes. Draai de deksel om en zet ‘m met de pootjes op briketten, houtskool of in het vuur. Zo kun je de deksel gebruiken als bakplaat voor bijvoorbeeld een pizza of roti.

Daarnaast zijn de pootjes op het deksel handig om te ‘stacken’. Zo worden meerdere Dutch Oven's met dezelfde warmtebron verwarmd. Je kunt ook een gietijzeren koekenpan of BBQ pan bovenop de Dutch oven plaatsen.
