Grape: Csókaszőlő (old, indigenous Hungarian variety).
Harvest by hand, spontaneous fermentation and ageing in barrels made from the local oak for nine months.
Alc. 13%Soil: sediment of the Mura river, a mix of gravel, clay, limestone.
Crafted by Dóra Bussay in on a 4ha estate in Csörnyeföld village in Zala wine region in the south-west of Hungary on the border with Slovenia and Croatia.
