Een project dat zijn vruchten afgeworpen heeft!

Timorasso kenmerkt zich door mineraliteit, behoorlijke zuren, rijk fruit, sap, kruidigheid en een stevige body. De wijn is ook licht rokerig. Je zou kunnen denken dat Timorasso op hout gelagerd wordt. Niets is minder waar. Deze smaken komen van de druif zelf. De wijn rijpt maar liefst 10 maanden op zijn gist in tanks van RVS.

De aanzet is mineraal en fris met een volle structuur. Volle toetsen van rijp, geel steenfruit. De lengte is verbluffend. Heel gastronomisch en heerlijk bij pasta met roomsaus, rijstgerechten, of een rijk gevuld vispotje! 

Timorasso kan goed ouderen.

Cute, but buyer beware. Maybe the description said this, but who would think to read for this.... You have to insert an empty bottle (like an old water bottle) for it to make the crinkle noise. There is a velcro spot at the base where you can open it and insert the water bottle for the noise factor and your dogs entertainment. I've yet to do that, but feel like my dog is gonna figure out the velcro and get the bottle out in no time. Seems like a waste of money. I could just give her an empty water bottle without the toy for free.
