This miniature broadcast converter is engineered to connect modern HDMI devices to professional SDI infrastructures with exceptional clarity and reliability. Designed for studios, live production environments and mobile workflows, it delivers a robust 12G‑SDI signal path capable of handling everything from standard definition sources to full Ultra HD and cinematic 4K DCI formats. The unit accepts HDMI input from cameras, computers or playback systems and outputs two matching 12G‑SDI feeds, allowing operators to route the signal simultaneously to switchers, monitors or recorders without needing additional distribution hardware. Internally, the processing architecture automatically detects incoming SD, HD, Ultra HD and 4K DCI formats across a wide range of frame rates including 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 47.95, 48, 50 and 59.94 frames per second. This automatic adaptation ensures seamless integration even when switching between diverse source material. The 12G‑SDI outputs are user selectable between Level A and Level B when operating in 3G modes, maintaining compatibility with a wide range of professional hardware. The high‑precision signal path ensures accurate color representation and supports a 33‑point LUT for calibration or gamma correction using the software utility. This allows users to standardize the appearance of computer feeds, camera outputs or grading sources before routing them into a broadcast pipeline.
