The expressive vibrato bends possible while playing the SG come up in new ways to actively reinvent any player's style. Along with the new tailpiece, the SG Standard features classic SG tones with BurstBucker humbucking pickups. The powerful, high-output electronics are matched with mahogany neck with a Slim Taper neck profile for a great playing experience from higher to lower frets. Electronic controls onboard feature audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors. With a unique tailpiece and classic SG kick, the SG Standard '61 Sideways Vibrola is an instrument that is hard to miss.
