Made with the grapes and in the cellars of Catalan producer Clot de les Soleres, this is electric pink juice! Made with the grapes and in the cellars of Catalan producer Clot de les Soleres, this is electric pink juice! A field blend of red and white grapes were hand harvested and lightly foot pressed, then infused to direct press juice of Chardonnay and Macabeo. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, and it was then aged in tank before bottling with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
The result is delightfully wild, with zesty grapefruit and rhubarb aromas. Nathan's favourite wine of the 2023 Bedrock Fair at Ham Street.
