This grate is made of high standard stainless steel, rustproof metal construction. Easy to install, prevents sticking and allows for easy clean up. Recommended cleaning method of the grate: A. Wash directly after use and cooling down, keep the cooking grate clean without oil residue. B. It is recommended that you soak it in warm water with a stainless steel cleaning agent. C. Do not scrape the surface of the grate with sharp objects. D. After cleaning, dry the water on the grate and keep it dry.
