The Electro-Harmonix LPB-3 Linear Power Booster & EQ is a refined evolution of the iconic Linear Power Booster that placed Electro-Harmonix at the forefront of the effects pedal scene in 1968. Now equipped with modern features and an advanced EQ section, the LPB-3 provides up to 33dB of clean gain to drive your amplifier and enhance your tone. This versatile booster offers comprehensive tone shaping through a powerful 3-band EQ system, featuring TREBLE and BASS knobs for managing high and low frequencies, and a parametric Mids control with adjustable MID FREQ and Q to shape the critical midrange.
The MAX switch toggles between two boost levels, 20dB and 33dB, enabling precise tailoring for different playing situations. Fine-tune the overall gain and volume with the PRE-GAIN knob, giving you total control over your sound, whether you're looking to saturate your amp for gritty leads or simply cut through the mix with clean articulation. Selectable Buffered/True Bypass switching allows the LPB-3 to integrate seamlessly into your pedalboard, while its high voltage 30V power rails provide extended headroom for dynamic performance.
