The Ford Coyote engine has proven itself as an awesome base for modifications since its debut in 2011, and COMP Cams now offers six different performance cam options that range from mild to wild for the newer direct Injection 2018+ Coyote engine. These brand new profiles, designed using data from GT350 race engines, are optimized for the 2018+ cylinder head geometry and flow, providing optimized power for any combination of modifications. The cams are designed to take advantage of the engine’s direct injection to not only make more horsepower, but to also maximize the fuel flow and power capability of the camshaft driven direct injection pump. In addition, these grinds are more stable at high RPM than the factory cam profiles while also producing more power across the entire RPM range.This Part Fits:

Delicious! I was worried it would be too spicy but while it is definitely spicy it is not so much so that it is unpleasant. Just enough to keep me from overindulging - a few pieces at a time is just right.

To get to the point, this jerky is too soft and moist. Impressively tender actually. The sweetness and heat are nothing special, but you do get 1lb of jerky that is easy to snack on. For that, I have to give it at least 3/5. There are a ton of jerkys with better taste and texture that are definitely more expensive, but if you happen to like a super tender jerky with underwhelming flavors, then this is a good value.

Not your average sundried roadkill 😋

Ok , so just don't look at the price. Think of it like this - go buy 3lbs of quality beef at the store , spices, gas to drive there , dry it down to 1 lb and you'll spend just as much . This is'nt gobble down stuff , its more of a special treat like a glass of fine scotch. Cudos to the lady with the review 'more mango than hot'. This is a tender quality jerky with a really good flavor and a nice balance of sweet n spicey, not burn your face off. It's really tender and the first thing I noticed was that it didn't get stuck in my teeth .... AT ALL. Even my own home made jerky that I trim up six ways to sunday gets stuck in my teeth. It's very tender , I think some folks mistake sticky sugary corn syrup gooped up roadkill for 'moist' . This is actually mostly just MEAT with a good moisture content and it was very yummy 👍
