With its most basic elements, the S2 McCarty 594 Thinline plays similarly to its non-thinline brethren. Starting out with a thin, all-mahogany body, the 594 Thinline harnesses all the sonic goodness and acoustic resonance of the tonewood to establish its baseline experience. The unique thinline-shaped body contributes that extra ergonomic element to the guitar, in addition to its asymmetric bevel top carve. When combined with a scarfed mahogany neck in a PRS Pattern Thin profile, this guitar comes together in hand effortlessly. The set mahogany is matched with a twenty-two-fret rosewood fingerboard with faux bone binding that tops off both a streamlined playing and distinct aesthetic experience. Iconic PRS Birds inlays line the rosewood for that final aesthetic element of PRS authenticity.
