Improved digestion: Thanks to its high concentration of natural probiotics, drinking Kombucha helps regenerate and balance your intestinal flora.

Directions

1. Obtain a SCOBY and prepare a tea-sugar solution. 2. Combine SCOBY and tea-sugar solution in a fermentation container. 3. Cover the container with a cloth and fix it with an elastic band. 4. Leave the mixture to ferment for 7-14 days. 5. Remove the SCOBY and reserve it for future supplies. 6. Fragrance the brewed kombucha, if desired, and transfer it to a storage container. 7. Store kombucha in the refrigerator.
