Apply the spiral brush to the eyelashes in zigzag movements from the roots to the tips. For even more effect, apply the eyelashes twice.If you tend to have ‘panda eyes’ and the mascara builds up under your eyes over time when you blink, it can help if you powder the area. Also good to know: only use moisturizer directly under the eyes and not an oily cream. Oil can dissolve the mascara and cause it to smear.
