Brewed using detailed hand-crafted work, this Muroka (non-fined) sake is extremely fragrant, showcasing the aromas of ripe lychees and bananas, with a hint of strawberries on the palate and a mild and pleasant dryness. When chilled, it offers a refreshing fruit-like sweetness and a fine, lingering finish. As the temperature rises gradually, however, the firm flavour opens even further, allowing one to feel the quality of the rice and water on one's palate.
