This lacquer contains metallic fillers with a precisely standardized particle size which accumulate on line and point angles just the same as on the lower sections of the preparation (see diagram). This creates a film of uniform thickness of approximately 8 - 10 microns per coating with a finely textured, smooth surface. This lacquer is heat resistant for dipping or thermo-forming techniques and dries quickly.
