This base will give you double reinforcement for your Rack and comes with pre drilled holes for our regular Anchor Base. Easy to install on the preexisting holes on the front of the Rack stainless steel bolts and nuts and LINQ lashes included. On some models it may require cutting the Mat to expose the LINQ System click
