Traditionally used in aromatherapy to clear sinus and nasal congestion, travel sickness, nausea, coughs, colds, flu symptoms, menstrual cramps and nerve pain.
Massage and diffuser use:
- Add 6 drops in your diffuser to create an energising environment
- Add 1-2 drops on a tissue to clear the head or when feeling stuffy
- Add 3-5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage over body to soothe overworked muscles
- Mix with Orange and Lime essential oil in your diffuser to boost mental clarity
- Use with Lavender in Raww Superfood Concentrate Massage oils or cooling after sun remedy
- Use in a spray bottle to deter mice and insects - they don't like the scent
