De Wijn

Een uitzonderlijke en karaktervolle Nascetta met een expressief aromatisch profiel van weidebloemen, stro, groene appel en meloen.

Verscholen in het hart van Diano d'Alba bevindt zich dit klassieke wijnhuis met een productie van 50 duizend flessen met de nadruk op de in Diano uiterst geliefde Dolcetto druif. Het huis wordt gerund door de broers Marco, Carlo en Luca waarbij de laatstgenoemde de oenoloog is van de familie. Dit alles wel onder toeziend oog van de padre famiglia Sergio.

Ons viel voornamelijk de autochtone Nascetta wijn op, welke overigens ook binnen de gemeentegrenzen van Diano d'Alba geteeld wordt.
